Reeverse Systems Expands to Lyon to Conquer France’s Top Industrial Region
Lyon, May 15, 2026 – Five years after its inception, Reeverse Systems, a deeptech company based in Nantes, has opened a new agency in Lyon. This strategic move is no coincidence for the company, which has developed a software solution to optimize the consumption of strategic metals for industrial joinery manufacturers and building equipment suppliers.
“Our Lyon establishment allows us to deploy our solution in France’s leading industrial region and more easily access European markets thanks to an ideal geographical position,” stated Sandrine Mollé, President and Founder of Reeverse Systems.
Strategic Location and Team Expansion
Currently, one engineer is based at the Lyon site, located within the Materi’act building in Villeurbanne. However, the team is expected to grow rapidly. “A business manager is currently being recruited. Within two years, the Lyon office should have about ten employees, divided between technical and commercial development,” Mollé added.
Materi’act is an innovation hub dedicated to the circular economy, supported by Forvia. “In 2027, we will conduct a feasibility study on potential synergies to develop around the automotive sector,” the president confirmed.
Reeverse Systems: A Technology for Material Savings
The company’s Material Management System (MMS) technology, already in use in 25 factories and over 100 cutting centers in France, has attracted major players in the building sector, particularly in industrial joinery, including Atlantem, SIB, Rénoval, K-Line, and the Liebot group. It has also found applications in the aeronautics sector with Airbus.
“Our solution optimizes the consumption of materials such as aluminum, steel, titanium, PVC, and composites to prevent production waste and also allows for the reuse of offcuts. Our motto is that the best offcut is the one that is not made, and the second best offcut is the one that has a future,” explained Sandrine Mollé.
Material savings range from 5% to 15%, and the reuse rate of offcuts reaches 80%. “More than 100 tons of aluminum have been saved thanks to our technology, which represents 500 tons of CO2 avoided,” Mollé highlighted.
Ambitious Goals and International Expansion
Driven by industrial environmental concerns, Reeverse Systems’ growth is also supported by the geopolitical context, which has led to increased raw material costs, encouraging their conservation. The deeptech company aims to equip a hundred factories within two years.
While Reeverse Systems prioritizes the French market, it is also preparing for international expansion. “Our export development relies on our clients with international operations, as well as targeted actions in the Polish, German, and Scandinavian markets,” Mollé indicated.
For its 2026 fiscal year, Reeverse Systems expects to achieve a turnover of 1.5 million euros and aims for 3 million euros and profitability in 2027.
