Lyon, February 18 – Arctic Juice & Café, a brand born in the mountains, has inaugurated its largest French establishment at the Confluence Commercial Center. This opening coincides with the brand’s tenth anniversary and reinforces its presence in Lyon, making the city its leading location in France with four outlets.

Strategic Expansion in Confluence

The new Confluence location, which opened on February 5, 2026, is a significant milestone for Arctic Juice & Café. It underscores the brand’s commitment to the Lyon metropolitan area, following another recent opening at the Grand Hôtel-Dieu. The other two existing locations are in République and Part-Dieu.

A Concept Focused on Movement and Healthy Eating

The Confluence establishment is presented as the most ambitious expression of the Arctic universe in France. The space is designed to be bright and welcoming, encouraging movement, conviviality, and well-being. The menu features:

  • 100% organic Arabica specialty coffees
  • Clean Juices, including Get Sexy and Green Endurance
  • Energy Kitchen offerings such as bowls, toasts, sandwiches, and daily prepared dishes, all free of refined sugars, butter, and gluten
  • A seasonal menu that changes four times a year

The café also plans to host sports and wellness events, including a weekly urban run starting from the café.

Arctic Collective App for Customer Engagement

To further engage its customers, Arctic Juice & Café is launching the Arctic Collective application in spring 2026. This digital platform will allow users to earn points through physical activities like walking 10,000 steps, running, or participating in collective challenges. These points can then be redeemed for products from the café’s menu.

The app will also provide access to brand news, local itineraries, and events, fostering a sense of community around the Arctic concept.

Lyon: A Key City for Arctic’s Growth

The brand emphasizes Lyon’s strategic importance, describing it as a gateway to the Alps and a city committed to sustainable mobility, sports, and outdoor activities. “Creating this place at the Confluence Commercial Center was an opportunity to express everything Arctic represents: movement, energy, and the desire to live better every day,” explained Piers Ritchie, the founder.

Arctic Juice & Café currently operates 15 cafés across France and Switzerland, with plans to expand to 50 locations by 2028. The four establishments in Lyon cement its regional presence as part of a broader expansion strategy.
