New Year’s Eve 2026 in Paris: Metro Station Closures Near Champs-Élysées
As Paris prepares for its grand New Year’s Eve 2026 celebrations on the iconic Champs-Élysées, featuring a traditional fireworks display and video-mapping at the Arc de Triomphe, commuters and revelers need to be aware of significant changes to public transport. Overnight Public Transport for New Year’s Eve
Despite the closures around the Champs-Élysées, several metro, RER, and Transilien lines will operate throughout the night of December 31 to January 1, and will be free of charge.
