The first week of December 2025 totally set the tone: magical, eclectic, and completely UNEXPECTED! ???? On December 1st, at 6 PM sharp, as the bells of Saint-Étienne chimed, a red curtain dramatically ripped open to reveal the Norman tenor Cyrille Dubois, a local legend! ???? From the first notes of “White Christmas,” the enchanted crowd was swept away by a string of classics: “Silent Night,” “Let It Snow,” “Petit Papa Noël,” all sung in unison by hundreds of emotional spectators. An elegant and powerful opening, delivered by one of France’s greatest tenors! ????
The following days kept the surprises coming! We saw a tap-dancing elf doing his thing in his window, a DJ set by Tempo Music Events that turned the City Hall square into a mini winter dancefloor ????, and Fred Radix, “the Whistler,” delivering a performance that was as hilarious as it was virtuosic, blending humor, precision, and whistled melodies with mind-blowing ease! ????
Last Saturday, the vibe totally shifted with window #6: Jhyeuair, a rising rap star discovered on “Nouvelle École” and a former Caen student, popped up in the window to perform several tracks, including “Elefan.” ???? In front of over a thousand people, he totally shocked his fans, even dropping the line: “I never imagined I’d be rapping here!” ???? What a week!
