Lyon, January 22 – Volotea, the low-cost airline, announced on Wednesday, January 21, the launch of a new seasonal route from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport (LYS) to Alghero, Sardinia. This new connection will commence in May, offering travelers a direct link to the popular Italian island.
The flights to Alghero, located in the northwest of Sardinia, will be available twice a week, every Monday and Friday. The service is scheduled to run throughout the summer season, starting from May 29 and continuing until October 2.
