Paris, February 12, 2026 – Kretz Family Real Estate, the renowned real estate agency that gained international fame through its hit Netflix documentary series, has officially opened its first flagship office in Paris. Located at 100 rue du Bac in the prestigious 7th arrondissement, this strategic move signifies a major milestone in the company’s global expansion, reinforcing its European presence and setting its sights on the burgeoning Spanish luxury real estate market.

A New Parisian Hub for Luxury Real Estate

The new 230-square-meter space, designed to seamlessly blend residential and professional experiences, was meticulously reimagined by architect Sophie Darrière. Every detail reflects the brand’s identity and the team’s personality. This flagship opening comes at a pivotal time for the company, which is garnering international recognition not only for its real estate ventures but also through the global visibility provided by its Netflix reality show.

Spain: A Key Driver for Growth

The expansion into France complements an ambitious strategy in Spain, where Kretz Family Real Estate has been operating remotely since 2014, establishing a strong presence in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, and the Balearic Islands. According to Louis Kretz, co-director of the Spanish subsidiary, during the “Premium Real Estate Summit” held in Madrid last October, the company also plans to expand into the luxury residential market of northern Spain, which he considers “the future of luxury in Spain.”

Kretz’s model in Spain is characterized by a strong focus on real estate technologies (proptech), enabling its team to operate with digital tools from its Barcelona headquarters. However, the company plans to expand its workforce with agents specializing in other regions. In its first year in Spain, Kretz achieved a turnover of nearly one million euros and completed around fifteen purchase and sale transactions, primarily involving properties valued between one and three million euros.

A Dynamic Spanish Market Offers Opportunities

The interest in Spain is not coincidental: the Spanish luxury real estate market has shown great dynamism, with Madrid standing out as one of the most attractive European capitals for international buyers, according to various sector studies. Regions like the northern peninsula are also generating increasing interest due to their lifestyle, connectivity, and quality of life.

Since its arrival, Kretz has combined its digital presence with the acquisition of exclusive properties. While this model has presented some challenges (the Spanish market highly values discretion and exclusivity), the visibility offered by its Netflix series (broadcast in dozens of countries) has been an asset in positioning itself with prime real estate buyers and sellers.

Next Steps: Paris, Madrid, and Beyond

With its new Parisian headquarters as an operational base and an expansion project in Spain, Kretz Family Real Estate aims to consolidate its international network in the highly competitive European luxury real estate market. According to the company, this opening strengthens its global strategy and creates a link between the French and Spanish markets, where it plans to continue its growth in terms of customer proximity and transaction volume.
