Lyon, March 16 – The highly anticipated Nuits de Fourvière festival in Lyon has officially announced its full program for the 2026 edition. From June 2 to July 26, the Roman theaters will host an audacious season, blending global headliners, theatrical creations, and festive themed nights. This year’s festival promises an eclectic mix of music, dance, and circus arts, solidifying its reputation as a major cultural event in Europe.

International Legends and Francophone Stars Grace the Stage

The 2026 Nuits de Fourvière festival once again impresses with a stellar lineup of international pop and rock figures. Among the most anticipated performances are the return of pure rock from Jack White on June 18, the mythical electro-trip-hop of Massive Attack for two dates on June 10 and 11, and the New Zealand pop sensation Lorde on July 15. Fans of more intimate sounds will also be delighted by the presence of Agnes Obel, accompanied by the Debussy Quartet, on July 9.

The Francophone scene also shines with its diversity, featuring the poetic stylings of Vanessa Paradis (June 8-9), the energetic performance of Gaël Faye (June 5), and a special project by MC Solaar & Youssoupha opening the month on June 2.

‘Samedis des Nuits’ Promises Festive Themed Evenings

The popular ‘Samedis des Nuits’ concept returns with full force in this 2026 edition, promising themed evenings that will transform the odeon into a giant dancefloor. These special nights include:

  • June 6: Nuit Hexagone with Odezenne and Yelle.
  • June 13: Bal Masqué with Barbara Butch and Madame Arthur.
  • June 27: Nuit Soul with Curtis Harding and José James.
  • July 18: Club Disco and Roller Disco with Polo & Pan.
  • July 25: La Nuit du Raï to close the season in style.
