Gourmet Spring at Les Halles de Lyon: A Culinary Immersion with 20+ Artisans

Lyon, April 5, 2026 – The event “Le Printemps gourmand des Halles” (The Gourmet Spring at Les Halles), orchestrated by Praline et Rosette, is set to offer a unique culinary immersion, bringing together more than 20 artisans for a morning of convivial and accessible tastings. This special event will transform Les Halles de Lyon on Saturday, April 25, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

A Culinary Stroll Through Les Halles

For one morning, Les Halles will change its rhythm. Visitors are invited to stroll, taste, and engage with the artisans. Far from a simple gourmet stop, the experience becomes a sensory journey where each stand tells a story, and each bite shares a tradition. Participants, equipped with their tasting coupons, will be able to wander freely among the stalls, meeting iconic houses such as Bahadourian, Bobosse, Bouillet, Giraudet, Mère Richard, Mons, and Sève. More than 20 artisans will be gathered in one place, offering a concentrated experience of the best of Lyonnaise gastronomy.

Accessible Gourmet Experience

Two formulas are available: “Découverte” (Discovery) and “Signature,” allowing everyone to create their own culinary path. “Far from the sometimes elitist image of Les Halles, this event is friendly, gourmet, and accessible,” emphasizes Audrey Marcelino, founder of Praline et Rosette. The menu includes a diverse range of delights: flan pâtissier, macarons, bugnes, and chocolate, as well as quenelles, pâté croûte, cervelle de canut, or Saint-Marcellin cheese. This diverse offering is further enriched with oriental specialties and wine tastings. Reservations are mandatory for this event, promising a flavorful spring at Les Halles.
