This summer, Paris Society is making a significant investment in the Côte d’Azur with the opening of two distinct establishments, each embodying a unique Mediterranean art de vivre. Maison Revka has unveiled its summer garden on the Place des Lices, in the heart of Saint-Tropez, while GiGi Ramatuelle, nestled among the pine trees on Chemin des Barraques in Ramatuelle, reopened its doors on June 18, 2026. These two venues, though offering different atmospheres, share a common commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Maison Revka Settles on Place des Lices for Tropezian Nights
Maison Revka, situated on the iconic Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez, introduces its summer garden this season. Designed as a timeless, verdant sanctuary, it features roses, jasmine, and subdued lighting, creating an idyllic setting for an aperitif that quickly becomes a highlight. The venue has rapidly established itself as one of the most sought-after destinations in the village, located in the Var region.
The menu showcases signature dishes that have built the Parisian establishment’s reputation, enhanced with seasonal creations. Notable offerings include caviar pizzetta, Badaboum sauce tuna, Mediterranean lobster, and the famous caviar potato. These generous dishes combine subtle elegance with gourmet delights.
As dusk falls, the ambiance transforms. The restaurant operates from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM (last order at 12:30 AM), while the bar welcomes cocktail enthusiasts from 6:00 PM. Maison Revka is open seven days a week, ensuring full availability throughout the Tropezian summer.
GiGi Ramatuelle: La Dolce Vita on the Riviera
Just a few minutes from Saint-Tropez, GiGi Ramatuelle reopens its summer house in a vibrant, sun-drenched setting designed by Hugo Toro. More than just a restaurant, this venue celebrates a lifestyle where lunches linger, days extend by the pool, and evenings are lived intensely. The heart of the culinary offering is Italian seaside cuisine: fresh catch of the day, pizzas, pasta, antipasti, and a selection of fine wines at the Vineria di GiGi.
This season, GiGi Ramatuelle enhances the experience with two remarkable additions. The GiGi Circus, created in partnership with Tartine et Chocolat, provides a genuine playground for younger guests, transforming the venue into a full-fledged family destination. A boutique further complements the offering, presenting an exclusive selection of fashion, accessories, and carefully chosen decorative items.
The establishment is open seven days a week from June 18, 2026, with hours adapted for each part of the day:
- Lunch: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Dinner: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Pool and Boutique: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
