Disneyland Paris Unveils ‘The Disney Princesses Cavalcade’ Featuring Vaiana, Tiana, Rapunzel, and Raya
Marne-la-Vallée, July 25 – Disneyland Paris has introduced a brand-new daily parade titled “The Disney Princesses Cavalcade,” bringing beloved characters Vaiana, Tiana, Rapunzel, and Raya to life in a vibrant spectacle. The new parade, which premiered yesterday, July 24, 2026, unfolds several times a day along the picturesque shores of Adventure Bay, at the heart of Disney Adventure World.
A Spectacular and Interactive Experience
The cavalcade is a highlight of the park’s entertainment, featuring four spectacular floats, energetic dancers, and the princesses’ famous companions. A unique interactive element allows the four heroines to descend from their floats mid-route to share a special moment with the audience, engaging them in iconic dance moves.
“This is a historic moment for Disneyland Paris,” stated a park spokesperson. “We wanted to create an experience that not only captivates our guests with stunning visuals but also offers a personal connection with their favorite princesses.”
Immersive Floats and Beloved Companions
Each of the four floats is meticulously designed to represent an iconic location from the princesses’ stories. Guests will recognize:
- The village of Motunui from Vaiana
- The Palace of the Heart from Raya and the Last Dragon
- The famous Snuggly Duckling Tavern from Rapunzel
Accompanying the princesses are their loyal friends, including Pua and Heihei with Vaiana, Tuk Tuk with Raya, Pascal with Rapunzel, and even Ray the firefly from The Princess and the Frog.
The parade route begins in front of the future world dedicated to The Lion King, proceeds along Adventure Way towards The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge, and then returns to its starting point, offering an immersive journey for all spectators.
Two Original Songs Recorded in Paris and Nashville
Adding to the magic, the cavalcade boasts its own original soundtrack. Two new songs were specially composed for the parade, recorded between Nashville and Paris with fifty musicians. The music blends the characteristic sounds of the different films while featuring a common piece that gives the cavalcade its unique identity. This new show replaces “The Disney Fanfare,” previously led by Minnie.
Extensive Development and Rehearsals
The creation of “The Disney Princesses Cavalcade” was a significant undertaking, requiring a year and a half of development and nearly 287 hours of rehearsals from the dedicated teams at Disneyland Paris. This extensive effort ensures a seamless and enchanting experience for every guest.
