As every summer, Paris is preparing to offer memorable experiences, but also a few minor inconveniences. Between starry nights out, heatwaves, mosquitoes, and refreshing cocktails, here are all our tips to make the most of this beautiful 2026 season!
Essentials for Enjoying Your Garden and Terrace
1. Wiliv: Chemical-Free Mosquito Control
With its connected Willo terminal, the French brand Wiliv is a leader in anti-mosquito solutions for Parisian gardens. The principle relies on biomimicry: a diffusion of CO2 and an olfactory attractant mimic human presence to lure mosquitoes-both common and tiger mosquitoes-which are then captured in a net, without any insecticide. Made in France, controllable via a mobile app, and capable of covering up to 300 m², the terminal discretely blends into the decor thanks to its steel casing and integrated lighting function. Expect to pay 849€ for the complete trap, a significant budget that will quickly pay for itself as you’ll never buy products again, and this system will change your life!
Available: In partner stores.
2. Kazoo: Renting Appliances for Your Garden Party
A pizza oven, a plancha, or a beer dispenser are dream items for entertaining friends in the summer… until you have to find a place to store them until the next season. Kazoo offers to rent these reconditioned appliances without commitment, rather than buying and cluttering up your space. This solution is both economical and more responsible, perfect for convivial summer meals. We particularly love the HKoenig pizza oven (from 29.40 €/month), the Kamado Japanese barbecue, the gas plancha, the beer dispenser (10 €/month), or the cotton candy machine, which transform any outdoor space into a real party venue! Enough to impress your guests without investing in appliances that will end up at the back of a cupboard for the rest of the year…
Rent: On the Kazoo website.

3. Comme Avant: Organic, Natural, and French-Made Cosmetics
If you’re looking for sun protection with the simplest possible compositions, you’ll love Comme Avant’s organic, natural, and French-made range. Their SPF50 liquid mineral sunscreen-available in vanilla, peach and apricot, or monoi and musk (33.90 €)-effectively protects the face and body against UVA and UVB, without white marks, while leaving a delicate summer scent on the skin. Their after-sun stick with sweet almond oil, apricot, and passion fruit (17.90 €) is ideal for nourishing and soothing the skin after exposure. As for their bronze/champagne glitter serum (19.90 €), it provides a magnificent luminous veil on the legs, shoulders, or décolleté. Three essentials that will easily find their place in your summer toiletry bag!

4. Ringana: Our Ally for Beautiful Hair All Summer Long
We often remember to protect our skin from the sun, but much less our hair… Yet, between UV, heat, pollution, and swimming, they also suffer in summer! If you want to avoid dry lengths and rough ends when you return from vacation, the routine created by Ringana is worth a look. The brand, specializing in fresh and natural cosmetics, offers the FRESH hair treatment: a treatment that intensely nourishes the hair fiber while protecting it from heat and UV. To be applied after FRESH volume and FRESH repair shampoos, which adapt to the needs of each hair type, and in parallel with the CAPS beauty & hair food supplement, which acts from within to preserve hair’s radiance throughout the season.

It’s impossible to talk about summer essentials without mentioning a good cooler. But with its look inspired by old lunch boxes and its ultra-glossy finish, the FIELDBAR Mini Bar is far from the plastic models you hide in the trunk of your car! Compact (4 liters) and lightweight (just over 1 kg), it is designed to accompany all summer getaways, from picnics on the banks of the Seine to aperitifs in a park. Beyond its design, this high-end cooler keeps drinks below 10 °C for up to 24 hours when filled with ice and left in the shade. Handcrafted in small series, it is equipped with a comfortable handle and a shoulder strap for easy transport. A beautiful object that you’ll want to use as much as display during an outing with friends…

6. SMOON: Swimsuits for Worry-Free Swimming
Finding the swimsuit you feel good in is often a mini obstacle course before vacation. But this year, we discovered SMOON: a French brand specializing in absorbent technical clothing, which has removed a real thorn from our side with its pretty menstrual swimsuits. Designed like a second skin, they offer discreet protection and an absorption capacity equivalent to two tampons, allowing you to enjoy the beach, pool, or water activities with complete peace of mind. We particularly love the Clio one-piece swimsuit (89 €), with its open back, V-neck, and sculpting high waist. Made from OEKO-TEX certified recycled polyamide, SMOON swimsuits resist both salt water and chlorine and are even approved by the French Swimming Federation for competitions!

Experiences and Outings Not to Be Missed
7. Cinéma Paradiso: Open-Air Cinema in the Heart of the Louvre
From July 1st to 4th, 2026, Cinéma Paradiso returns to the Louvre to transform the Cour Carrée into a huge open-air cinema. Organized by MK2 and the Louvre Museum, the festival will combine giant screen projections, concerts, DJ sets, food trucks, and entertainment in an exceptional setting. This year again, Limoncè joins the party with its kiosk dedicated to the Limoncè Spritz. While the spritz has become the essential summer cocktail, the brand revisits this classic with a lemon version inspired by its Sicilian origins. A perfect way to sip a drink before the screening or between two concerts, while enjoying the unique atmosphere of the event! As for the program, cinephiles can (re)discover Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel on July 1st, Joachim Trier’s Julie (in 12 chapters) on July 2nd, attend the preview of Léa Mysius’ Histoires de la nuit on July 3rd, before closing the festival with Céline Sciamma’s Portrait of a Lady on Fire on July 4th.

At Printemps Haussmann, the offer includes a selection of delicious dishes prepared by the house chefs, accompanied by a half-bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut Carte Jaune and two pretty glasses (89€ for 2 people). At Hôtel SO/Paris, the menu consists of a gourmet salad-lobster, chicken, or vegetarian-a selection of French cheeses with bread and a flaky brioche, a seasonal fruit tart, and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut Carte Jaune for 4 people (70€ per person). Finally, if you want to get the magnificent Picnic by Veuve Clicquot basket, including a bottle of Carte Jaune, champagne flutes, plates, cutlery, and especially the splendid Souleiado tablecloth, it is also available at Printemps Haussmann.
