New Direct Flight Connects Lyon and Rennes for Summer 2026
Lyon, May 11, 2026 – Airline company Twin Jet has announced the opening of a new interregional route connecting Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport (LYS) and Rennes-Bretagne Airport (RNS) for the upcoming summer season. This new direct service will be available from July 20 to August 28, 2026, offering increased connectivity between the two French cities.
Daily Flights Except Weekends
The new Lyon-Rennes route will operate daily, excluding weekends. Flights will depart from Lyon Saint-Exupéry at 4:30 PM, arriving at Rennes-Bretagne at 6:10 PM. The return flight from Rennes will depart at 6:40 PM, landing in Lyon at 8:20 PM. This schedule aims to provide convenient travel options for both business and leisure passengers.
Enhanced Connectivity and Passenger Benefits
This initiative by Twin Jet is part of its strategy to strengthen its network of interregional flights, providing more direct connections within France. Travelers departing from Lyon will also benefit from a fast-track access service for security checks and hand luggage inspection, aiming to streamline the airport experience.
